Sharing Our Practice at Explorers Day Care

At Explorers Day Care, we are passionate about sharing our practice and learning alongside other early years professionals.

Over the years, our team has developed a unique approach to early years education, rooted in our ambitious curriculum, reflective practice, strong relationships and love of the outdoors. We believe that sharing ideas and experiences with other settings helps us all to continue growing and improving.

We welcome opportunities to work in partnership with other early years settings through:
  • 🌿 Visits to Explorers – come and experience our indoor and outdoor environments and see our practice in action.
  • 💚 Twilight sessions – an opportunity to explore Explorers after the children have gone home, ask questions and discuss our approach.
  • 📚 Training and workshops – sharing our knowledge and experience across areas of early years practice, including curriculum, safeguarding and outdoor learning.
  • 🤝 Partnership working – supporting settings to reflect on their own practice, share ideas and explore positive change.
  • 🔎 Practice visits and discussions – time to observe, reflect and have meaningful conversations with our team.
