We believe that feeling connected matters. Each month, we come together outside of work to celebrate one another, try new experiences, and make memories as a team.

Wellbeing retreats to reflect, reset, and refocus
We’ve celebrated birthdays, achievements, and milestones — including welcoming our Explorers’ babies into the world. We’ve hosted our own Explorers Festival, camped in the forest, paddleboarded in the Lake District for the very first time, and enjoyed countless nights out simply being together.
Some of our most magical moments come from family-friendly events, like our much-loved bonfire night hosted by Jenna and Carl, now a firm favourite in our staff calendar – alongside cinema trips, bowling nights, and escape room adventures.

At Explorers, we’re always on the lookout for practitioners with big smiles and even bigger hearts — people ready to welcome our children and families every day.
Our team members are true performers: you’ll change from superhero to princess multiple times a day, sing out of tune (confidently!), and read and write upside down like it’s second nature. You’ll decipher the unique “codes” our children leave behind, and wear your uniform with pride — even if you go home covered in mysterious substances from the day’s adventures.
